New: High-end fume extraction torch of the PlusLine

With the new generation of DINSE PlusLine fume extraction torches MR(Z).plus, DINSE is setting a new standard in welding fume extraction

Extremely efficient, extremely lightweight and extremely ergonomic – developed and manufactured in proven DINSE quality “Made in Germany”.

The new DIX MR 230.PLUS and DIX MRZ 304.PLUS models combine highly efficient extraction technology with premium welding performance and ergonomic handling. With a capture efficiency of up to 98%, tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 21904-3 and -4, welding fumes are reliably captured directly at the source. This ensures cleaner working conditions, a clear view of the weld seam and significantly reduced exposure for the welder and the immediate working environment.

Lightweight and easy-to-handle design

Despite the integrated extraction technology, the MR(Z).plus impresses with its particularly lightweight and easy-to-handle design. The handle shell is only 2 mm thicker than the PlusLine version without extraction function – making the torch feel almost like a standard welding torch. 

The ergonomic shape, excellent balance and flexible ball joint enable precise guidance, high user comfort and fatigue-reduced work, even during longer welding applications.

Proven DINSE Premium Quality

The new PlusLine also offers clear economic advantages: the torches are based on the proven DINSE torch technology of the 230 and 304 series.

This means that the corresponding DINSE standard wear parts can continue to be used. As a result, stock-keeping requirements are reduced, maintenance and repairs are simplified, and both specialist dealers and end users benefit from a strong argument for daily use.
