Maximum process reliability over long wire feeding distances

The WireJet enables reliable and stable wire feeding over distances of up to 40 meters. This allows the wire drum to be positioned flexibly, simplifying system layout and improving accessibility during drum changes. The result is reduced material consumption, less rework and shorter downtime, contributing to a more economical production process.

Equipped with fully digital motor control and a high-end servo motor, the WireJet ensures precise, reproducible parameter settings and consistently high weld quality.
