Welcome to the DINSE family!
It is the centrepiece of the wire feed system for laser welding and soldering: The new DIX FDE-150X HW Multi control unit controls up to four wire feeds simultaneously, which can secure competitive advantages, particularly in laser cladding.
The DIX FDE-xx150X HW Multi has been further developed on the basis of the DIX FDE 150, which has already decisively revolutionised reaction times in laser welding and soldering.
We remain true to this standard! Equipped with a proven multi-core processor, DIX FDE-xx150X HW Multi continues to guarantee extremely short response times and high reproducibility of signal runtimes. The wire feed speed follows the robot speed in real time.
The new multi-controller is supplemented with various modules and system components from DINSE, with which the DINSE wire feed system can be modularly adapted to all special requirements.
The DINSE wire feeding system has been expanded, particularly with a view to market developments in the direction of additive series production. The global market is growing rapidly in this area! The components to be manufactured are becoming increasingly larger - from customised implants and prostheses in medical technology to rocket nozzles in the aerospace industry. The new DINSE wire feeding system in combination with the DIX FDE-xx150X HW Multi is particularly convincing in the following areas of application:
Laser cladding
Several materials can be applied simultaneously or alternately (apply layers or carry out repairs)
Additive manufacturing
(laser metal deposition with wire)
Complex geometries and high-strength components can be built up layer by layer using different wire materials (3D printing)
Multi-material processing
Enables the use of different wire materials in a single process (production of new material mixtures/alloys)
Application rate
Insertion/melting of material increases many times over (depending on the number and type of wire)
